Single-sided Magnet

Short Description:

As a high-precision, lossless measurement technology instrument, magnetic resonance is widely used in the fields of geology, medicine, biology and chemistry. Traditional magnetic resonance instruments mostly use enclosed magnet structures, such as U-shaped and barrel-shaped, which result in poor openness and portability of the instrument, and cannot measure objects on the surface, which restricts the scope of application.

Product Introduction

As a high-precision, lossless measurement technology instrument, magnetic resonance is widely used in the fields of geology, medicine, biology and chemistry. Traditional magnetic resonance instruments mostly use enclosed magnet structures, such as U-shaped and barrel-shaped, which result in poor openness and portability of the instrument, and cannot measure objects on the surface, which restricts the scope of application.

The Single-sided nuclear magnetic resonance method has been well applied and developed in recent years. The single-sided magnet structure can solve the above-mentioned problems. Its characteristics are: the structure is open, does not contain the measured object, can be directly measured on the surface, and has a wide range of use; it is small in size, light in weight, and easy to carry.

This Single-sided magnet produced by CSJ adopts a half-ring Halbach magnet structure. The magnet structure is based on the basic principle of electromagnetic field  to optimize  magnet size and structure parameters on the central field strength, the horizontal uniformity of the magnetic field and the longitudinal gradient produced by the half-ring Halbach magnet structure. The magnet structure can generate a horizontally uniform and longitudinal gradient distribution magnetic field required for nuclear magnetic resonance experiments without adding coils, realizes the miniaturization and portability of the magnetic resonance instrument, and further expands the application range of the nuclear magnetic resonance instrument.
